Grassroots activists and patriots, fed up with seeing their tax dollars being used for corporate bailouts and the mistreatment of American workers, once again targeted the top Volkswagen dealers in the United States to register their displeasure with Volkswagen's nefarious actions in relation to the construction of the company's $1 billion manufacturing plant in Tennessee.
VW was given almost $600 million in Tennessee taxpayer money to construct the Tennessee plant, but rather than remain true to its company policies regarding social responsibility and worker respect, VW instead chose to ignore that part of its brand and has instead pursued a "low-road" appraoch to building this facility that includes the use of foriegn workers!
